We hope you’re enjoying using Ankaa. We understand that it can take time to get crew transitioned into a new way of working, if you don’t feel like you’re getting the full benefit of Ankaa just yet then read our 6 tips that will encourage crew to use the app:
SIMPLE SET UP - Make it as easy as possible for them to get set up on Ankaa. Print our Quick Start Guide onboard and pin up in all mess room areas – don’t forget to give them your unique company URL and passcode to login.
MESSAGING - Post a company message to all crew directly via the messaging system contained in Ankaa. Tell them why you’re using Ankaa and what the benefits are for teach individual - secure online storage for documents, no more emails with large attachments, instant access for Head Office to their details, update on the go etc..
USE THE SYSTEM - There’s one way to get people using the system, and that’s to use the system yourself! If you send messaging via Ankaa, share profiles, send payslips etc then your contractors and crew will get on board too!
CERTIFICATION - Monitor certificate expiry and request that your contractors and crew update their certificates in the system via the app.
USEFUL TOOLS - Contractors and Crew will be able to access lots of useful tools, so remember to tell them all about these such as digital certificate storage, certificate expiry alerts, work time analytics and access to payslips via the app. They can also log in using a computer via the web portal if they prefer.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & FURTHER HELP - Ask crew to report any problems they are experiencing. Tell them to get in touch at support@ankaa.com .
