For Captains and HR we’ve added expiry alerts to Vessel Groups so you have a quick overview of which vessels have seafarers with expiring documensigned Crew List – a serial number has been added to this.

Messages – the default has been changed to show all messages rather than just the unread. We have also added tabs to the page so you can easily switch between individual and group messages.
Tools – the sections in here have also been changed to a tabbed view, this will make it easier for you to navigate.
Nearest Airport/ Station – this section has been added to make it easier for crew managers to arrange travel bookings
Vessel field in seafarer profile is now fetched automatically from the assigned list.
Announcements – we had a bug that showed announcements before their published date – this has been fixed!
Documents – have been arranged in chronological order of expiry date

Payslips – these can now be found on your web portal and after the next update of the app you will be able to access them via the app too.

Documents – these have been grouped by ‘type’ to make it easier for you to see what you’ve uploaded!
You now have the option to set the time zone when you set your document expiry alerts.
Messages – we’ve given you two tabs, one for individual messages and one for group messages.
We’ve added push notifications for messages, payslip uploads and expiry alerts

In addition we have made some general bug fixes to the crew portal and app which we hope will make your experience run smoother and faster!
